These values are valid from October 15th to June 15th for 30 days and include Wi-Fi, cleaning twice a week and weekly linen change, free access to the swimming pools for guests staying, free outdoor parking, 24h security, water, electricity and VAT at the legal rate in force.
Does not include:
- Tourist tax of €2.00 per guest over 13 years old, up to a limit of 7 nights per stay;
- Does not include extras such as telephone and others that are not mentioned in the agreement;
- The following month must be paid 3 days in advance of the beginning of the following period.
- Payments already made, including the deposit, are non-refundable in case of cancellations, “no shows” or early departures;
- Any changes to the initially agreed terms, such as deposits, payments, length of stay, or others, will always be subject to review and approval;
- Extra bed or crib for children up to 12 years old: free and limited to 1 unit per villa, in T0, T1, T2 and T3 typologies.
- We would like to warn you that Vila Bicuda is located in a condominium with its own rules for exterior decoration, so any alteration to the exterior of the villa, including terraces, etc., is expressly prohibited;
