Contractual Terms
These rates are valid from September 15th to June 15th for 30 days and include Wi-Fi, cleaning twice a week and weekly linen change, free access to the swimming pools for guests staying at the hotel, free outdoor parking, 24-hour security, water, electricity and VAT at the legal rate in force.
Does not include:
- Tourist tax of €4.00 per guest over 13 years of age, up to a limit of 7 nights per stay;
- They do not include extras such as telephone and others not mentioned in the agreement;
The following month's payment must be made 3 days in advance of the start of the next period.
Payments already made, including the security deposit, are non-refundable in case of cancellations, no-shows, or early departures.
Any changes to the initially agreed terms, such as deposits, payments, length of stay, or others, will always be subject to review and approval.
- Extra bed or cot for children up to 12 years old: free of charge and limited to 1 unit per villa, in T0, T0 prime, T2, T3 and T3 Premium apartment types; free of charge and limited to 2 units per villa, in T1 and T1 duplex apartment types;
- We would like to point out that Vila Bicuda is located within a gated community with its own rules regarding exterior decoration, therefore any alterations to the exterior of the villa, including terraces, etc., are expressly prohibited;

- Security Deposit: A security deposit of €2500.00 is required upon booking confirmation and will be refunded after check-out and inspection of the villa. The refund is the responsibility of the finance department.
