Quinta da Marinha Golf Resort

The Hotel & Village Resort of Quinta da Marinha has a golf course which was opened in 1984. It is located 6 and 8kms to the west of Cascais and Estoril respectively. The course - 18 holes, par 72, 6,112 metres long - is probably one of the best designed by Robert Trent Jones. The course stretches among umbrella pines, wind swept dunes and rocky outcrops, offering a great challenge to all levels of golfers. Facilities include restaurants, bars, swimming pool and tennis.

Belas Clube de Campo

Driving 30 minutes by car there is another 18 hole course, also with a special agreement for our guests.

Belas is an 18 hole Championship Golf Course, par 72 and with 6.380 meters. Design by William “Rocky” Roquemore, the layout is extraordinary, with several fairways and greens set in deep valleys, and it affords unforgettable panoramic scenery to golfers and visitors. With its excellent variety of holes, the course is a pleasure to play, whatever one’s handicap level. It demands both skill and tactical play, and is acknowledged both locally and internationally as one of Portugal’s best constructed layouts. Facilities include clubhouse, locker’s room, pro-shop, restaurant, bar, school, putting green, driving range with bunker and chipping areas.

Estoril Golf

Overlooking Estoril, about 1,5kms to the north, there is a superb panoramic view from the course towards the sea. Villas nestle in the surrounding woods and there is a wonderful view towards the Sintra hills. The course itself is set among fragrant pine and mimosa trees. Apart from the usual Club facilities such as bars and restaurants, there are two courses. A 18 Hole par 69, 5,238 metres long, designed by Mc Kenzie Ross - not too easy but at the same time not too difficult. The second course is 2,350 metres long with 9 holes and par 34. Both courses are a delight to play on.

Penha Longa Golf Resort

Situated  about 9 Kms from Estoril, this course inaugurated in 1992, blends beautifully with the natural surroundings and offers the golfer an interesting game. The 18 hole, par 72, 6.228 metres long course was designed by Robert Trent Jones II. There are magnificent views of Sintra hills as well as sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean with Estoril and Cascais in the foreground.
The design of the new 9 holes golf course, opened in May 1995, follows the lines of the championship course. It is a quality course with spectacular sceneries. It's a Par 35 measuring 2550 meters. The 9th hole, Par 4, downhill, is a true master-piece, with superb views on the back-ground, such as the Penha Longa Rock and Monastery.
Clubhouse facilities include restaurant, bars, sauna and jacuzzi.
 

Pestana Beloura Golf Resort

The Beloura Golf Course is situated 8 kms north, on the Estoril-Sintra highway. The Course was designed by William Roquemore, an architect with vast experience in the United States and Portugal.
The golf course is a classic  par 73, 5.917 meters long. The six lakes that were built on the golf course make it even more interesting. The Course is served by a splendid practice course run by professionals with many years of teaching experience.

Many other services such as buggy, trolley and golf club hire and an excellent restaurant-bar are also available to users.
