Sports Area for kids

We are pleased to inform that as from July the 19th, kids may play different games in our Sports Area, such as Football, Basketball, Volleyball and Badminton. The equipment for this Sports Area is available at Reception.

Sally Fitzgibbons wins world surfing “Estoril Surf Billabong Girls 2010” for the second year

The young Australian Sally Fitzgibbons won for the second time consecutive, the Estoril Surf Billabong Girls, the third stage of the female world surfing circuit qualifying, with six stars and awards total $ 35,000, which ended on the 09th of May at the beach Bafureira, S. Pedro do Estoril. Vila Bicuda is proud to announce it’s partnership for the first year with this event, as one of the official accommodation partners, and to had accommodate some athletes.

Estoril International Golf Week 2010

From 31 October to 07 November, will take place the 17th edition of the famous and prestigious tournament, "Estoril International Golf Week 2010” and Vila Bicuda is honoured of being one of its partners in respect of official accommodation.

Vila Bicuda Resort was rewarded as a "Zoover Select 2009"

Vila Bicuda Resort was rewarded as a "Zoover Select 2009" as its visitors have reviewed this accommodation as one of the best places to stay in Europe. This award is given to accommodations that meet the following criteria: the accommodation has to be reviewed at least five times in 2008 and have an average rating of 8 or higher.

The resort is also currently the best “Club/Club Hotel” in Portugal, in Trivago website, another site used by guests to post some reviews after their stays.

Vila Bicuda joined to campaign for collecting ink cartridges and toners in favour of Raríssimas – National Association of Mental Disabilities and Rare, ordering a Ecotintão, filing for collecting empty ink cartridges and toners, which are converted into value money being delivered to Raríssimas.
